Webster Spay/Neuter Clinic & Adoption Center is a non-profit organization, specializing in spaying and neutering of household pets at minimal cost to pet owners in Rowan County who cannot afford regularly-priced services.
Webster is the only low-cost spay/neuter service in the Salisbury area.
Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

About the Clinic
The Ruth and Don Webster Spay/Neuter Clinic & Adoption Center was born of the idea that Rowan County needed a surgical facility that could partner with a non-profit organization to offer low-cost spays and neuters for dogs and cats. The doctors and staff of Lazy 5 Vets perform surgeries at the clinic at a low cost due to financially-efficient operations and financial support.
